God was so good to give you the needed items to ease your pain and the prayer support to cope daily. However, I am again deeply concerned as to what is happening with Ed and with you...can you give us a brief update?
Perhaps our concerns will be eased with an in person hug if the pregnant possibilities of this Pentecost prove themselves in God's timing for calling home the Bride! How we all long for that reality...until then, know you are loved and prayed for. Your Friend
The Lord has this all worked out. First, Dave had to turn in his leased truck. He needed transportation until he could find the vehicle he needed. I hurt my back, couldn't drive, so Dave had our car to drive. After he found the van he wanted, he needed someone to go with him and drive our car back home. I wasn't yet able, so the van wasn't ready for two more days. That was the first day I could manage to drive, and I drove over 90 miles. The van just wasn't ready until I was ready. That's the way the Lord works.
The very next day, Ed fell and got a compression fracture in his back. Thank the Lord he didn't do it the day before, when Dave and I were not at home. Ed couldn't have reached the phone to call 911.
I was able to drive to the hospital after the ambulance took Ed there, and Dave had his vehicle to drive while mine was parked at the Hospital. I was there from mid-day to evening when he was finally admitted and taken to his room.
After two days, the ambulance took Ed to a rehab center. Since I also had back problems, they asked our HMO for some extra time to get Ed to the point that I would be able to help him at home. I can do most things now, but I can't lift him. He has to be able to sit up, stand up, and walk with his walker. At first, it took two people to get him up and hold him up as he took a few steps with a walker. Today, it only took one person, so he is improving. However, tomorrow would have been too soon for both of us. A few extra days will make a big difference. It is easy to tell that the Lord has it all planned out. Ed was the care-giver for me. He fell backward on the hard tile floor when getting bread out of the refrigerator to fix a meal for me. Now I must be the care-giver for him.
He is wishing I had the care he is getting. The difference is that he fell. I didn't. I just twisted as I tried to pick up a strap off of the floor. There was no danger that I had broken my pelvis, so Dave took me where I wanted to go, to Urgent Care. For Ed, we couldn't get him to Urgent Care safely, so we called 911 so the paramedics would take him to the hospital emergency room. Agape
M.J. I have followed your writings and Pro&Con's but you missed it this time. your P&C 1021 said you did not believe Mt. Siniai is in Arabia. (Have you read Gal. 4:25 Paul knows where Siniai is) glad you are better and back writing....Thank You

Mt. Sinai is in the WILDERNESS OF SINAI, near the Way to Shur and Kadesh Barnea. Ex. 19:2 says, "For they were departed from Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there (in the desert of Sinai) Israel camped before the mount."

...Immediately before receiving Powell, the pope met with the new Israeli ambassador to the Holy See, using the occasion to press the Vatican's position that the Israeli-Palestinian conflict would be resolved only "when there are two independent and sovereign states." [Try again there is only one true peace John 16:33. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.]
The pope, in receiving Ambassador Oded Ben-Hur, encouraged the Israelis and Palestinians to make progress in this week's talks with President Bush....
...Eight trucks filled with construction materials were permitted to enter Jerusalem's Temple Mount early this week as part of the ongoing Jordanian repair work of the bulge on the southern wall of the Temple Mount. The head of the Jordanian team of engineers overseeing the repair work of the bulge. The final stage of renovation of the wall, which involves repairing and replacing some of the damaged 2000-year-old stones, was now underway....
Well Marilyn, glad you are improving and the pain is subsiding. My digestive problem is better but I still have my days. I still think it has to do with allergies as the doctors are testing and testing and still don"t know the cause. Waiting for that new body, along with you and Ed and many others ! Will continue to pray for both of you. Blessings.. ysiC...Peg

The whole picture as is can be seen on the web site you mentioned. I found it hard to see the faces because the wall was so dark. Therefore, in the picture below, I increased contrast and brightness so I could see the faces clearer. I also cropped it so it would take less memory. Agape

R. Les Aron Gosling has written: Due to a number of enquiries from believers who desire to observe God's festivals in their correct time-frame, the BRI wishes to advise all that based on the Abib (ripening barley) and the sighting of the crescent New Moon -- as seen from Jerusalem -- Shavuot will be observed on Sunday June 8 (beginning, of course, the Saturday evening before at sunset). This is in direct contradistinction to the ordinary rabbinic observance this year on Friday 6 June.
Shavuot (the Feast of Weeks or Pentecost) is celebrated 50 days after the Sunday which falls out during Pesach (Passover). These 50 days are called the "Counting of the Omer." In Torah its also referred to as Hag HaKatzir (Feast of Harvest - Ex 23.16) and Yom HaBikurim (Day of Firstfruits - Num 28.26)....
Lev. 23:11 speaks of the Feast of Firstfruits, saying that the priest "shall wave the sheaf before the LORD, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it."
The Pope wants Jerusalem divided up among three parties, the Jews, the Muslims, and the Catholic Vatican
Christ said He was the Way, the Truth and the Life. The Pope disagrees and thinks we should be tolerant of different views. The Antichrist will espouse tolerance over truth. Otherwise you are a hateful, intolerant bigot---like Jesus, Himself!
But the Pope is NOT the Antichristum! Right?
The first thing I thought of when I first saw this...could it possibly be the lake of fire???Our Lord is giving so many signs in the heavenlies lately...Wondered if He is showing us where satan and the wicked of the world , along with the false prophet will be one day soon...Strange, but I felt t in my spirit that I was looking at a place of sorrow and despair. Quite depressing ..... still an awesome picture though!
Hope Ed is home now and resting comfortably and you also. Still keeping you both in my prayers. Agape
Ed is now at a Rehab establishment. They are trying to build up his flexibility and muscle strength so he won't fall again when he comes home. Agape

I don't think Pentecost has to always fall on Sunday. Feast days are sabbath days no matter which day of the week they fall on.
John 19:31 says, "The Jews therefore, because it (Crucifixion Day) was the preparation (Thursday), that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the SABBATH day (Friday), (for that SABBATH day was an HIGH DAY [the Feast of Passover],) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away."
The feasts of Nisan 14, 15 and 16 are Sabbaths. The feasts of Tishri 1,10 and 15 are Sabbaths. They are not spaced at 7-day intervals.
Both the Feast of Trumpets on Tishri 1 and the Day of Atonement on Tishri 10 are sabbaths. They both can't be Saturday Sabbaths in the same year. Lev. 23:24 says, "In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a SABBATH, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation."
Lev. 23:32 says of the Day of Atonement, "It shall be unto you a SABBATH of rest, and ye shall afflict your souls: In the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even (i.e., all of Tishri 10), shall ye celebrate your SABBATH."
On the Jewish Calendar, the days from the first feast thru the last feast are constant every year, no matter which day of the week they start on. The months involved always have the same number of days.
When Nisan 14, Passover, is on Saturday, as it was in 2001, Tishri 10, Day of Atonement, is on Thursday. Yet, according to Lev. 23:32, Thursday, Tishri 10, is a "SABBATH."
Therefore, when counting the 50 days to Pentecost, they run from the Feast of Firstfruits, not necessarily from Sunday. Lev. 23:15,16 says, "ye shall count unto you FROM THE MORROW (day one) AFTER THE SABBATH (the Feast of Firstfruits), from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave-offering (i.e., from Firstfruits); seven sabbaths (i.e., weeks) shall be complete. Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath (week) shall ye number fifty days."
Here is the way I figure Pentecost. This year, Firstfruits was on Friday (April 18, 2003). Seven weeks from then will end on Friday, Sivan 6, 5763 (June 6). Therefore, the 50th day, "when the day of Pentecost" has "fully come" (Acts 2:1), will be Saturday, Sivan 7 (June 7). Sivan 7 will actually run from 6 PM on our June 6 to 6 PM on our June 7. Agape
Since tomorrow, June 5, begins the Jewish feast of Shavuot, or Pentecost, I thought you would enjoy this from a year 2000 post on my Web site. It is an excerpt taken from the Chuck Missler Web site. I believe you will find it, as Missler often says, "provocative."

ENOCH, PENTECOST AND THE RAPTURE
EXCERPT:
Enoch is one of the most interesting characters in the Bible. The first prophecy uttered by a prophet was a prophecy of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, and it was proclaimed before the Flood of Noah! (Bramlett note: See Jude 14-15.)
Enoch is also distinctive in that he did not suffer death; he was "raptured."
There were three groups of people facing the flood: those that perished in the flood; those that were preserved through the flood; and those removed before the flood: namely, Enoch. There are some who view Enoch as a foreshadowing of the church being removed prior to the global ordeal known as the Great Tribulation.
It is interesting that there is a Jewish tradition that Enoch was born on the day that was later ordained as the Feast of Weeks (Pentecost). What makes this even more interesting is the associated tradition that he was "raptured" on his birthday.
Is it possible that this is a foreshadowing of the harpazo of the church?
There would seem to be a logical consistency if the same feast that "stopped" the Jewish clock will be the same event that "restarts" it. We will just watch and see. Let's remember that He instructed us to "occupy until He comes." Even so, Come, Lord Jesus!
